1/4 cup water
3 TBSP vegetable oil
30 rolos (approx)
Mix Batter. Unwrap rolos. Butter hands (dough is very sticky and gooey), pinch off dough, and roll dough around rolos to form a ball. Place balls on cookie sheet or Silpat. Bake 5 1/2 - 6 minutes at 350 degrees, or until they begin to flatten. Cookies are best when eaten warm with caramel and chocolate still gooey in the center!
