We are winding down the weekend and enjoyed a yummy dinner of grilled tomatoes, red peppers, and vidalia onions, as well as marinated sirloin steak and roasted baby red potatoes with yummy butter sauce. To finish it off, we will be enjoying a peach and strawberry salad... my two favorite fruits. I am a little disappointed they are not the beloved South Carolina peaches that I grew up with, but Virginia peaches will do with a little sugar!
