the kitchen

completed:

• replaced all appliances
• replaced all hardware and hinges
• replaced vent covers
• painted walls and soffit
• replaced all light bulbs

one year plan:

• replace sink/faucet

three year plan:

• replace hardwood floors (at the same time as the entire first level to keep it consistent)
• replace windows (along with the rest of the house)
• replace lighting over island 

and, if we decide to stay in this house for an extended period of time...

ten year plan:

• replace cabinets and countertops
• install permanent island
• update all lighting
