2.5 Bathrooms

completed:

• painted walls and trim
• replaced switch plates
• lighting updated (upstairs baths)
• hardware updated
• faucet updated (downstairs bath)
• replaced toilets

one year plan:

• replace faucets (upstairs)
• replace lighting (downstairs bath)
• replace/frame sheet mirrors
• tile all floors (laundry room also)
• re-tile showers
• replace bathub/shower insert
• design/sew window treatments

three year plan:

• replace windows (along with the rest of the house)

and, if we decide to stay in this house for an extended period of time...

ten year plan:

• replace sinks and cabinets (laundry room also)
• add double sink to guest bath
