Strawberry Pancakes


1-1/2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups milk
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix together all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix together all wet ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Heat griddle over medium heat. Scoop batter with a 1/3 cup measuring cup and pour onto griddle. Cook each pancake until it is browned on each side. Serve with your choice of fruit and syrup.
