We had every intention of going to this game. Matt (the UVA fan) and I (the UNC fan) were going to watch the game side by side. We were
so going to be there, but decided to stay home and relax since we were already driving to Charlottesville for a wedding on Sunday and didn't want to leave the boys for so much time. Now I am kicking myself for not going. Darn, Darn, Darn!! We could have watched history with our own eyes. UNC has not defeated UVA at Scott Stadium since 1981, the year Matt was born. Matt probably wouldn't have made it past halftime, but it would have been so awesome to watch in person.
I am penciling this game on our schedule for 2 years from now, and hopefully, the Tar heels will have a repeat showing.
