our week

getting his "play on" with his toys, his current favorite that he likes to pull [drag] around are the tomy
quack along ducks, very cute and not annoying like I assumed they would be

drive to charlottesville to go apple picking on monticello mountain [full post to come] and to go car shopping,
the weather man called for party cloudy skies, but instead it was fall beauty all around

apple crisp [recipe here - please excuse the old blog formatting]

a crisp fall morning in our backyard with my furry boys and a good cup of coffee, so dreamy

watching the ducks and geese, a fan of lunch at outback, outback has the best sauces/condiments
(clockwise from top: creamy ginger-soy, wasabi vinaigrette, whipped butter, seafood remoulade)

silly head time

We purchased our car last Saturday, but the dealership had to order it from another state, so we had
to wait six very long days to get behind the wheel. We got off work yesterday and drove to pick it up!

Now I can finally introduce our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X...

They had me at 4WD, remote engine start (hello, winter), panoramic moon roof, a back-up camera, heated leather seats,
cd/dvd/navigation/satellite radio, dual temperature control, flex fuel engine, etc. - It was well worth the wait!

and, as my shirt says...

linking up with amy at a good life.
