In other news...
Will completely charmed his Grandpa Steve, who wishes to be called "Crazy Old Man" by his first born grandson. My mom, who we call Momma, likes the sound of Gran-ma-ma. Both have gotten to visit and spend time with him and I feel so glad for that. My in-laws are just up the road, so they will see plenty of him over the years, but I know that my parents time with Will will be more limited since they live 8 hours away, and I am happy for every chance they get to see him. It is all the more reason for me to keep this blog updated so they can watch him grow, even if it is from a distance. I am totally kicking myself for not getting any photos of my dad holding Will while he was here - we stayed busy Christmas shopping, eating, cooking, and chatting and it never occurred to me to pick up the camera. Again, my brain, all over the place, ugh! Daddy - you need to visit again soon so we can take photos!
We are preparing for our first family Christmas and will be staying here in Virginia this year. I am looking forward to creating our holiday traditions with our little boy. How excited does Will look now that Christmas is just around the corner!?!
I am guessing his feelings will change in the next few years!
